“This gave me a unique opportunity to compare the condition of the mowers and look for areas which I thought could be improved on, particularly things that I saw that were noted a number of times on a few machines and from this I can make suggestions and design changes which will make the product easier to use, maintain and last longer for all customers….My thanks to all who made me welcome and shared their ideas, suggestions, praise and most importantly their time to make my visit so worthwhile”
